With over three decades of expertise in the grill industry, my journey began in 1992 and has been defined by a passion for innovation and operational excellence. During my tenure from 1996 to 2019 at one company and from 2019 to 2024 at another, I honed my skills in manufacturing, engineering, and facility management. Leading teams of up to 15 direct reports, I achieved significant milestones including slashing lead times by 50% and enhancing overall efficiencies by 10%.

My experience extends to overseeing operations at a maquiladora site in Mexico, where I fostered synergistic relationships and drove transformative change. Through strategic leadership, I promoted a culture of innovation and teamwork, reducing conflicts and turnovers while elevating team spirit. I spearheaded critical launches and propelled market shares to new heights by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that drove improvements in lead times, labor efficiency (95%), and product quality.
